Value At Work
Lisa Strong joined HMS Valuation Partners in 2016 and provides research support for Medical Directorship agreements and Call Coverage agreements. She is also key to project workflow within the firm by ensuring effective communication between our firm and clients, assisting with the information gathering process, as well as modeling and building reports. Through this process, Lisa works closely with each HMS consultant to ensure timely completion of valuation engagements.
Lisa holds a B.A. degree from Anderson University, and an M.A. in Communication from Regent University. She has held a wide variety of positions in the Communication field, including Researcher and Story Coordinator at a TV production company, a talent agent for TV and Film actors, a Career Services Coordinator at a university, and a Production Coordinator and Senior Associate Producer at a cable TV network. Lisa’s background enables her to work with all varieties of people and clients and bring her on-the-ball skill to the HMS engagements.
Lisa’s real value is in her thoughtful research, client relationships, and organization skills. It is these qualities and capabilities that she brings to the firm that help clients receive valuations in a timely manner.
Value Outside Work
My favorite things to do as a kid were. . .
Read! I pretty much went everywhere with a book in my hand. I also spent a lot of time with the animals on my family’s mini-farm: dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, cows, chickens, turkeys, doves, and rabbits. We even had a “pet” black snake who lived in a hole in the tree outside our house. I would also combine my two passions by riding one of our donkeys while reading. I thought this was a totally normal thing to do!
As a big kid, I like to. . .
Read! I still read every night before bed. I also paint, make hand-made books and journals, and jewelry.
One of the things I hope to do. . .
Is travel more internationally. I’ve traveled a lot, but there’s always more to see. Ireland, Great Britain and France are currently at the top of my list.
